Rosendo LABS operates as a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform, providing subscription-based access to project management tools and digital services. By subscribing to Rosendo LABS, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

2. Included Services Per Plan
Rosendo LABS offers subscription-based SaaS services, where the scope of included services is determined by the selected plan (Starter, Pro, or Business). Each plan provides access to a predefined set of features and technical support through allocated service credits.
- Starter Plan: Essential performance, security, and optimization services.
- Pro Plan: Advanced support, hosting management, and additional performance solutions.
- Business Plan: Comprehensive digital management, including custom project development.
Details on each plan’s inclusions are available on our website. Services requiring “Request a Quote” are not included in standard subscriptions and require separate agreements.
3. Hosting Services
Rosendo LABS provides hosting services only in Pro and Business plans through third-party providers. While we select reputable hosting solutions, Rosendo LABS is not liable for:
- Downtime or outages caused by third-party hosting providers.
- Security breaches originating from hosting services.
- Loss of data due to external hosting issues.
Any hosting-related disputes must be resolved with the provider directly. Rosendo LABS will offer reasonable support for troubleshooting.
4. Use of Third-Party Services
Rosendo LABS integrates third-party tools to enhance performance, security, and management capabilities. By subscribing to our services, you acknowledge and consent to data sharing with third-party software providers for the purpose of service delivery.
These tools may include but are not limited to:
- Performance optimization solutions.
- Security and malware protection software.
- Content delivery networks (CDN) for improved site speed.
- Time-tracking tools such as Clockify.
5. Service Credits System
Each plan provides a defined amount of service credits that can be allocated toward expert services.
How Service Credits Work:
- Each service request is assigned a credit value based on complexity and scope.
- Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing cycle.
- Additional credits can be purchased separately if extra services are required.
6. Privacy and Data Security
Rosendo LABS adheres to data protection regulations, including GDPR compliance. While we implement security measures, Clients remain responsible for their own compliance with local data protection laws. Rosendo LABS does not assume liability for security breaches beyond its control.
7. Payment Terms
All payments are processed as monthly subscriptions, even for annual plans.
- All fees are non-refundable, except in cases of verified service failure by Rosendo LABS.
- Additional service credits beyond plan inclusions are charged at €50 per credit.
- Prices listed are exclusive of VAT, which may be applied based on jurisdiction.
8. Cancellation and Termination
Clients may cancel their subscription at any time with 30 days’ written notice. Upon cancellation:
- Access to Rosendo LABS services will terminate at the end of the billing cycle.
- Clients are responsible for securing their data before termination.
- Payments for the current billing cycle are non-refundable.
Rosendo LABS reserves the right to terminate a subscription if the Client violates these terms.
9. Liability and Indemnity
Rosendo LABS’s total liability is limited to the fees paid by the Client in the past 12 months. Rosendo LABS is not responsible for:
- Indirect or consequential damages.
- Loss of revenue due to third-party service failures.
- Incidents affecting hosted platforms.
The Client agrees to indemnify Rosendo LABS against claims arising from misuse of services.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes will be resolved in Portuguese courts unless otherwise agreed.
11. Eligibility and Age Restrictions
Rosendo LABS is exclusively intended for businesses and individuals 18 years or older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted data, please contact us for removal.
12. Online Privacy
These Terms apply to all online activities on Rosendo LABS’ platform and do not extend to offline interactions.
13. Updates to Terms
These Terms were last updated on January 31, 2025. Any future updates will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
